We got back today and I’m exhausted. My day started at 3:45am in Virginia Beach and after 8 hours I made it back to DFW, I was fit to be tied but we made it.

We had to fly around a storm system so we went due south to Mobile, AL and then to Houston and then up to DFW. So instead of a 2:45 hour flight, it was closer to 4. Then we landed in terminal B but that’s under construction and I took us the wrong way. Ugh.

I napped for about 2.5 hours and I’m still exhausted but it feels so good to be back in my own bed.
