I got a good nights sleep and woke up about 5:30ish, but I laid in bed and finally fell back to sleep, it was just chilly enough to fall in and out of sleep, it was so nice. Finally called it about 9am and hauled my but out of bed. After another hour of being lazy I finally got it shifted into gear and got the vacuuming done, cleaned the bed room and living room. Cleaned up the office, got 4 extra hooks put up on the porch to hang plants. Removed the old mail box from the porch. Cleaned up the workbench in the garage. Washed and cleaned my old running shoes. Had the windows opened all day.

Around 2pm Sandy and I went for a bike ride to see the plaza they’re about to tear down and then the water tower that’s under progress and then to Moe’s for Gyro’s and ate them at the park next to the fire station. We then went to Brahms for malts and rode around the park and headed home.

When we got home from the 6 mile bike ride, I jumped into the shower and then headed over to get my hair cut, got it cut short for the upcoming heat wave that’s sure to be here before too long.

I’m heading over to moms tomorrow morning for coffee and breakfast if I can talk her into it. I’m happy today, or at least very content. My mind is at peace.
