I’m happy it’s Friday, even if it was a short week. Work is good, I got the tentative go ahead to run with the initial export and I ran with the other 4 exports. I’m really hoping we have a meeting on it and it’s what they were expecting. Hopefully someone will call a meeting on it. While I do have the ability to call a meeting, I have no idea who to bounce this off of. So I’ll wait and hopefully when they ask about it they’ll be happy with what we’ve got.

I did get gypped out of happy hour though, we took an hour walk instead. Honestly it’s probably for the best.

The new bar/restaurant that took over the old neighborhood cafe went out of business. I was kind of sad to see that but seriously, I don’t know what they were thinking. While the bar idea was nice, we have more Mexican food than we can shake a stick at. The hamburger/hot dog stand is now Mexican, the Brooklyn pizza joint is now a burrito place. The old ice cream shop is Olivio’s, another Mexican place. I mean I like Mexican food but give me a break, I want variety.
