At work today, they were going through the first day of go live. I missed 55 messages related to the go live over the weekend. None of them were for me so it’s not like I really missed them. And I didn’t hear anything about anything I built so I’m guessing that no news is good news. I’ve been doing this long enough that I know what I’m doing. Although I’m getting older and sometimes I wonder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As I was cutting the drywall for fixing the closet, I drew a little diagram and measured and put my measurements in and cut the drywall. I somehow wrote 13.5 when it should have been 18, I have no idea how that happened. I’ll have to cut one more small piece but still, could have done it the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m sleepy today, I couldn’t sleep very well last night. I guess I was half excited for the storm. I’ve also been a little anxious I guess, I’m not sure where things are going or how they are going to get there. And I started paying attention to my investing account, that’s nothing but nerve wracking to be sure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oh, I also figured out how to use the big screen TV in the office as an extra monitor to watch tutorials and such that’s being streamed. The Linux box has a wireless mouse and keyboard so I can sit on the couch and learn. We’ll see how that goes.
I also started the class for AI prompt training. We’ll see if I can knock a class out and learn something about AI even though I’m not super thrilled about it. I guess I’m getting older and I’ve been learning about technology for so long, it’s just kind of boring. Oh well, it’s not much of a cross to bear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
