I was happy I got to show the integrations that I’ve been working on. It was well received I believe so I’m on the right course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also I’ve been cleaning and keeping it clean. Or trying to anyways. The bed held it’s pressure so that’s good and I got the sheets changed and all the other sheets washed and put away. That’s progress. I do need to finish up in the office but I’ll get around to it, hopefully tomorrow I’ll make some progress on that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ve been slacking on exercise recently and I tipped the scales at 195 or so last time I looked. I have to do something about that. I actually have to go on a diet. I remember being young and thinking it would be nice to have to not eat, in effect, diet. Now that the time has come, I’m not looking forward to it. I used to smoke and drink and be happy. I don’t like drinking anymore, gave up the smokes because I wasn’t going to die a smoker. Now I have food, and candy, and snacks, and ice cream and cheesecake and bacon and cheeseburgers… Well, you get the point. And now I have to eat ‘healthy’ which means if it tastes good, spit it out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oh well, making up for lost time here, need to just power through it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Another thing that happened today was I broke into a new 12 pack of Pepsi what was made with sugar. Wow, that taste took me back. I’m not a soda junkie but I enjoy one a day or maybe even two on occasion. Cola’s are low on the list but every now and again a Pepsi was nice, but I’m surprised at how different the taste between corn syrup and sugar is. I’ll be looking for real sugar from now on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
