It’s fathers day today. Oddly enough if my math is right the last time I saw my dad awake and alive was 10 years ago. My sister and I met him at his house for fathers day lupper (lunch\/supper). We had filet and we had to go get a pan to cook it in at Wal-mart on Beach street. That’s where I took his last picture, I need to figure out where that is now that I think of it. I remember I bought corn holders on that trip also, still have those as well as the pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I wish I had known my father better, not that there’s anything that can be done about it but I always thought that that things may have been slightly better had we been closer and I had been able to learn from him. Oh well, if there does turn out to be an afterlife I’ll definitely look him up.
